This is great to know. I've always been afraid of getting cockroaches in my home. I know that if I do have them, I will want to do whatever I can to get rid of them. I will keep these things in mind just in case. http://www.acewalco.com
ReplyDeleteThank you for the advice. My neighbor told me that she is having a problem with roaches. I'm terrified of those ugly things coming over to my house, so I'm looking into different pest management solutions. The last thing I need is a bunch of roaches at my Christmas party.

I think it would be good to get rid of cockroaches as soon as I could. I think I have some in my basement. If it's in other places in my house, I want to get rid of them as fast as possible. http://www.mgpest.com.au/services
ReplyDeleteCucumbers? That is the coolest idea ever. Sadly, I love cucumbers. If it gets the pests to go away, I guess I have got to do it.

I hate bugs, I have always hated bugs, and I will always hate them. My husband and I just moved into a new home, and their are so many little critters, I can't stand it. I am willing to try just about anything to get rid of them. I think I am going to make a couple of traps, like the soda bottle one, and also put out a few of the adhesive traps out. I want them gone, and I want them gone fast.

These sound like some good natural ways to get rid of roaches. A lot of people worry about using chemicals because they don't want to harm other things with the chemicals. I like to be sure that pests are dead, but I am open to using things that don't involve chemicals. What would be the best method if you have pets or children?

ReplyDeleteI haven't ever seen that soda bottle trap for roaches before. I've heard that there's a bit of a roach infestation going around my neighborhood right now, so I'll have to try that trap out. If I end up catching a few with it, then I might try and call a pest control company. There's no way I'm going to catch all of the roaches in my home with a few simple traps.

ReplyDeleteThese methods for getting rid of cockroaches all seem very interesting. Maybe one of these methods will be effective for warding away cockroaches from the apartment that I'll be living in once I move to New York. I think that one of the most interesting ways of warding them away is by using cucumber peels by leaving them around my apartment. What is it about them that make roaches want to stay away from my space? I would like to know more about how cucumber peels are supposed to be effective.
