Homemade Fire Ant Killer Recipe

Fire Ant” other name of Pain. Almost everyone has experience of fire ant's bite. Their venom make pain like fire burn. Sometimes they become problem in our life. They biite our kids, destroy our garden, damage our grains, and even our furniture. Many of us use chemical baits for controlling those devils. But, chemical baits are not good for our nature, atmosphere, and ECO system.

For this we need to know homemade fire ant killer recipe. Today I will introduce you with some good homemade techniques for controlling fire ants.


Stain remover

Is stain remover work for controlling fire ant!!!!!!!!Yes, stain remover works for controlling those insects. Because it contains “BORAX”. Borax is a powerful product which is very much capable of controlling ants. So, you should go to your laundry room at first after identifying ants attack in your house for finding stain remover and directly spray on them. It will help you controlling them dramatically.


Boric acid and Sugar

Yes, again I am telling you to use boric acid for controlling fire ants. This is a good handmade product, is used for controlling fire ants. The recipe is, ½ or 1 tablespoon of boric acid, 6 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 cup of water. Dissolve boric acid and sugar in water as describe above, and then soak some cotton balls in it. Then spread those balls around the infested areas. After one or two days you will see the difference by your own eyes.


Mint Plant

Mint plants help controlling fire ants. If you have fire ants in your garden then plant mint into the garden. Mint will get them out from your garden.


Karo Syrup And 20 Mule Team Borax

Yes, 90% karo syrup and about 10%, 20 mule team borax is an effective homemade fire ant killer recipe. People use this for controlling house ants. Boil and shake until 100% dissolve, and then spray around the infested area.


Dish Washing Soap

One gallon of hot water and one teaspoon of dishwashing soap mixture is also a good product of controlling fire ants. This homemade recipe is good for controlling ants. Make that mixture and pour into the nest of ants. You will see the difference.

  11. I have never dealt with fire ants until recently. Their bites hurt really bad and makes me so itchy. I have had my entire back and legs look like the picture you posted. It was not a pretty sight and I want them gone. I am going to have to try out this homemade fire ant killer recipe until I can get some pest control services to come take care of things. That way I can at least deal with them in the mean time.
